About Deborah Rummelhart

Recovering attorney and Harvard Law School graduate Deborah Rummelhart has studied yoga for more than 17 years.  After years as a stressed out attorney, Deborah devoted herself to finding the best ways to reduce and eliminate stress.  Deborah concluded that humor and Iyengar Yoga are two of the best ways to beat stress available and writes to share these remedies.

After writing Where Are My Ankles?  How Iyengar Yoga Rescued Me From Stress, Fear and a Very Bad Back, Deborah sought a way to encourage people to actually try a yoga class.  She created a “first class free for new students” coupon program and persuaded numerous yoga studios nationwide to honor the coupon.
